Why advertise on the site?
Advertising on this site helps keep the site alive (paying for the bandwidth, hosting, and maintenance/development costs) while promoting your business. It is an especially good way to market your business to the area, without the high costs of newspaper, radio, or other means of advertising.
How it works:
The goal of this website is to integrate the advertising so it’s not distracting from the rest of the content on the page. Banner-ads and pop-ups are designed to get noticed, but they do little more than annoy users on websites. The ads on this website will be small, text-only ads that are designed to fit the feel of the page (see right), without being distracting. If the user clicks an advertisement, they will get a more detailed look at the company, where it’s located, contact information, it’s services, as well as a link to the website (if applicable).
Pricing:
A small newspaper ad could cost $50-$100 to run for one day. Because a website has a lot less overhead you can advertise for much less. We have two packages to offer on the website.
Standard ($50/monthly)
With the standard package, you enter your business information (contact information / business services / details) and the information is set. You can only change/update this information twice a year. This package best suits businesses that provide a static service to their customers. For example, a general contractor that does home remodeling and new construction may not need to update his services offered very often.
Premium ($80/monthly)
With the premium package, you are able to change your details as often as needed. This would be ideal for a business that wants to advertise special offers or sales.
Where do I sign up?
If you are interested in advertising on the website, click here and fill out all the required information. Once payment is made and your ad is approved, it will be displayed on the website for 30 days (or however long is paid). You can e-mail me from the contact information page for accepted forms of payment.
